I understand that you may want to know more about me when deciding if you would like to work with me as a professional learning experience designer, facilitator, coach, mentor, or speaker.  I've been learning and serving in the area of coaching, mentoring, and professional learning design for over twenty years. What makes me happiest about doing this type of service is getting to know and work with people across the world.

In summary, I worked at the University of Colorado Denver for 19 years where I  served first as a tenure-track assistant professor, then as a director of professional learning and evaluation before becoming an associate clinical professor of professional adult learning, digital teacher librarianship, and executive coaching. I also spent several years as a P-12 district leader of professional learning and coaching where I made a continuous effort to measure the impact of professional learning and coaching across the district.
 

In my newest chapter of post-professorship, I travel as much as I can and am writing more about my lived experiences. When I am not consulting, I am learning more about the craft of creative non-fiction, looking for divine messages of hope, and spending quality time with my husband, family, and friends.
